We were so blessed to be called back to renovate another unit in this Lower Mount Royal condominium building. We had previously renovated a unit on the 4th floor for our clients. Our clients also owned this 3rd unit story. As funny as it sounds, this third floor unit has a beautiful terrace. Our clients decided to move one floor down to utilize the great terrace.

We were able to totally re-imagine this space to create a brand new home for our clients. For the design of this unit we incorporated the concrete posts, moved the kitchen (not an easy task in a condo building), added in the additional lighting, and increased the size of the master bedroom.
